The Challenge
The eSafety Commissioner’s website needed to be easy to navigate and provide online safety advice to target audiences, as well as promoting eSafety as a leader in online safety around the world.
The Design Embassy delivered a comprehensive digital strategy and a completely new information architecture for the eSafety Commissioner’s website, structured around the needs of target audiences, including industry, educators, kids, young people, parents, women and seniors. This involved in-depth audience research, focus groups and interviews. We also worked closely with internal subject matter experts, designers and developers to rewrite and create bespoke content for the entire website, comprising more than 600 pages.
Today we work with eSafety to provide ongoing digital strategy advice and specialist copywriting for the eSafety Guide – an only safety guide to apps and social media.
